I was really impressed with the leads generated by the Umbrella team. They over-delivered on the number of leads and the quality. The normally busy business owners were available and wanting to talk with us when we followed up. Something very strange also happened, some owners even returned our calls and made sure to keep the appointments to speak with us when they said they would. It was really a pleasure to speak directly to decision-makers and not play phone tag for a week before reaching the person being called.
